The Heritage freshmen boys' basketball team defeated the Greenbrier freshmen boys for the second time in a week. After winning a close one at home last week 38-34,  this time they won with authority by winning 50 to 30. In a game that started out very tight, the Heritage team lead 10 to 5 at the end of the first quarter and 17 to 10 at the half.

At the start of the second half, Greenbrier began their assault and cut the lead to one before Heritage pulled back out in front 27 to 19 by the end of the third. The fourth quarter was owned by Heritage as they outscored Greenbrier 23 to 11 in the final quarter.

Heritage was lead in scoring by point guard Christian Reid with 16, followed by a good inside play from Evan Allison with 11. Greenbrier was lead by Ryan Richardson with 12. The Heritage freshmen have won three in a row and meet up with Hillwood in a week.
